EN: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) and no-shows will be charged the full session amount — no refund. Rescheduling is allowed with 24+ hours notice, subject to availability.

EN: I acknowledge that baseball and softball are physical sports with inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks. I agree to release SilvioBallTraining, its coaches, and staff from any liability for injuries, accidents, or physical harm during training sessions. I confirm the participating athlete is physically fit and has no medical conditions preventing safe participation. For athletes under 18, I confirm I am the parent/guardian providing consent. SilvioBallTraining is not responsible for damage to personal equipment.

ES: Reconozco que el béisbol y el softbol son deportes físicos con riesgo inherente de lesiones. Acepto voluntariamente todos los riesgos. Acuerdo liberar a SilvioBallTraining, sus entrenadores y personal de toda responsabilidad por lesiones o daños durante las sesiones. Confirmo que el atleta está en condición física adecuada.
