Now he's in Central MA — and he's the only coach here who speaks your language, knows your culture, and has direct connections to the scouts and recruiters who can change your kid's life.

From the Dominican Republic
to Central MA

Coach Silvio grew up in the Dominican Republic — a country that has produced more MLB players per capita than anywhere on Earth. Baseball isn't a sport there. It's a way of life. Silvio lived it for 14 years, competing at the elite level and absorbing everything the game had to teach him.

Crecer en República Dominicana significa entender el béisbol a un nivel que la mayoría de los entrenadores jamás experimentan. Silvio lo jugó, lo respiró, lo vivió — 14 años de competencia de élite antes de traer ese conocimiento a Central MA.

Through his work with Dream Big Academy, Silvio built direct relationships with MLB scouts and NCAA D1 recruiters. He's seen athletes go from local practice fields to professional contracts and collegiate programs. He knows exactly what that pipeline looks like — and how to build it for your kid.

When he moved to Central MA, he noticed something missing: a coach who could connect with the Hispanic community in their language, their culture, their way. So he built it.

Grew up in the Dominican Republic. Started playing baseball at a young age in a culture where the sport is everything.

Connected with MLB scouts and D1 recruiters. Built a proven pipeline — athletes who reached NCAA D1 programs and signed professional contracts.

Central MA — Now

Moved to Central MA. Saw there was no bilingual coach serving the Hispanic community. Founded SilvioBallTraining to close that gap.
