24-Hour Cancellation Policy I understand that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the full payment. Coach Silvio reserves the right to retain the payment for last-minute cancellations. Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or free reschedule. Refunds are pending Coach Silvio’s processing and are not complete until processed. No-shows are charged in full.

Injury Waiver & Assumption of Risk I understand that baseball/softball training involves physical activity and that injuries can occur. I acknowledge that Silvio Ball Training, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, physical or otherwise, sustained during or after the session.
